Creation of user

To use the application, it is necessary that you create your own user, and provide information about your name and telephone number. By entering this information, you consent to its storage for as long as the user remains. In the Application, the following personal information entered by you will be visible to other users of the Application. (1) Your full name. (2) Your uploaded profile picture.

Deletion of user

Anyone who has established a user in the Application can delete this user from the Application at any time. Oneshot is entitled to remove users from the Application in the event that the user has been inactive for 2 years, or if users of the Application repeatedly violate the Terms.

Changing the application's content

Oneshot is entitled to be able to make any changes to the Application's content in order to ensure Oneshot's future operation. The purpose of the application will in any case be a platform for sharing pictures taken with friends and family.

Oneshot access right

Oneshot does not carry out a systematic review of the content loaded into the Application, but reserves the right to access the individual's personal digital user for the cases they deem necessary.

Privacy

Oneshot is concerned with safeguarding our users' privacy information, and we are bound by the privacy rules applicable at any time in Norway.

Users' responsibility for content

Oneshot disclaims any responsibility for content that is loaded into the Application and that is contrary to applicable law, including offensive, or that is suitable to justify claims from third parties. Users who upload photographs or videos are themselves responsible for ensuring that the persons depicted in the photograph or in the video have given their necessary consent in accordance with Section 105 of the Copyright Act, Section 267 of the Criminal Code, or contravene applicable privacy legislation. Reproduction by persons under the age of 15 is not recommended, and any use will require consent from both the reproduced person and their guardian.

Removal of Content

Oneshot is entitled at any time to remove content that appears to be offensive or otherwise appears to be contrary to applicable law. Oneshot takes no responsibility for the use of photographs that have been taken without obtaining the necessary consent.

Availability

Oneshot will at all times endeavor to keep the service available to its users. Oneshot does not, however, make any guarantees for availability.

Tracking and Transactions

Oneshot tracks how users use the application. This is important for Oneshot to develop as a product and company. Anonymous logging of the user's activities in the application (such as taking a picture) is carried out as feedback for the developers of the Application. This logging does not hold personally identifiable information of any kind.

Oneshot's right to assign rights

Oneshot is entitled to transfer its rights under the Terms and Conditions to a third party, including a limited company that continues to operate the Application.

Improper conduct

In the event that Oneshot becomes aware of content that causes suspicion of a violation of Norwegian law, Oneshot will be entitled to, and in certain cases obliged to, report the incident.

Third party rights

When entering into the agreement, the user undertakes to comply with the legal rules that apply to the use of third-party rights, including the provisions of the Copyright Act on the use of copyrighted material, such as videos and music. Oneshot disclaims any responsibility for illegal use of third parties' intangible and tangible property.

Choice of law and venue

The contractual relationship is governed by Norwegian law. Trøndelag District Court applies as the agreed venue, unless otherwise follows from a mandatory Norwegian legal provision.

Payment Methods

We accept various forms of payment including but not limited to credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets. All payment methods must be legally authorized and under the user’s name.

Payment Confirmation

Upon successful completion of payment, a confirmation will be displayed within the application. This in-app confirmation serves as proof of purchase and should be screenshot or otherwise recorded for future reference.

Taxes and Additional Costs

All applicable taxes, fees, or other additional costs are not included in the pricing shown and will be added during the checkout process.

Right of Withdrawal for Physical Albums

Users have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the physical album is received. Users must notify us in writing within this period if they wish to exercise this right.

Return Policy for Physical Goods

Physical albums must be returned in their original condition within 14 days after the withdrawal notice. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

Complaint Handling

For any complaints or concerns, please contact our customer support team at jorgenhollum@gmail.com. We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 business days. If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may have the option to escalate the issue to a relevant consumer protection authority. We maintain records of all complaints and resolutions for legal and quality assurance purposes.

Delivery Time

Orders for physical albums will be processed and dispatched within 5 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times will vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Oneshot is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs processing.
